Beach Bluff Yoga

As soon as things dry out a bit, please join me  for a Beach Bluff Yoga Class in Cayucos. This will be a gentle yoga class open to all levels. Please bring a yoga mat that you don't mind getting a little dirty and water to drink. I encourage you to dress in layers and wear your sunscreen just in case the sun comes out. 

To find us: Take Hwy 1 North past Cayucos. Turn Left/West at the turnout across from San Geronimo Rd. There is plenty of parking for everyone. Take the trail down to the bluffs.
