FeetUp Yoga

Monthly FeetUp Yoga Series. Classes will be held on Sundays at 5:15pm. Students can register for the series ($75) or drop in to classes ($20 each). If you need to rent a trainer we have 4 available. Please register for the class here.

Please join me for my community "FeetUp Yoga" classes on the first Friday of each month. Class will be held inside at Flip Tease in Atascadero. I will be instructing an all levels one-hour class @ 6:30pm. Students will need a yoga mat and a trainer. For more specific details, including how to rent or purchase a trainer, please contact me directly.​
